Room sponsorships are available across the convention. These include the Rookery, Escape Room, Game Room, Green Room, ConSuite and any other rooms we seek sponsorship for.

Sponsoring in the amount of $300 or more will be rewarded with:

• Your banner and/or posters displayed in the Sponsored Room. Banner and posters will be provided by you. Suggest pop up six foot plus banners for best visual impact
• Your name and logo will be featured in the tier 3 area on the sponsor page of the RavenCon Website and be rotated on the main page
• A full-page-sized ad in the online RavenCon digital program book
• Your name and logo will be included in any e-mails or electronic communications sent out for RavenCon until Early Bird registration starts for the following year. (Nevermore News)
• Your name and logo will be included in social media posts about said area up to and through the convention. No number of posts will be obligated
• Please put in comments if you have a particular room you want to sponsor or email us first before purchasing a room sponsorship
